Steve, additional "wisdom" has been posted. I wasn't sure if I would get to it this week.

Thanks for the encouragement guys.

We're changing so much at the agency that it is like being part of a start-up. I am VERY excited about what we're doing. There will probably be more to come on that soon.

I don't know if it's everything I expected it to be... but it's definitely more (in a good way).

Wisdom requires us to know what to say "no" to as much as what to say "yes to.

You're doing the right things from what I can tell.

Be encouraged...first things first.

Keep creating,
Mike

So, does this count as your weekly blog, or can we expect additional wisdom forthcoming? :)

Sounds like you are managing your priorities wisely. Hope the new career is everything you expected it to be, and more.
