Yes.  I believe b2b middle-men commodity shufflers can benefit from these questions as well.  Of course I would add question #6: Even though our products are commodities, what can our website add to keep our SERVICE from being a commodity as well?

These are the same questions we come back to time-after-time with our small and medium business clients.</description>
