Workplace Creativity At Home

Since many of us are working remotely lately, I thought it would be good to give some visuals for using creativity while working at home.

I created a Johari window with four quadrants for different modes of creative thinking:

  • Individual Diffuse Thinking: When you want to open yourself up to diverse ideas.
  • Group Diffuse Thinking: When you want a group to participate in idea generation.
  • Individual Focused Thinking: When you want to focus yourself on specific tasks, analytical work, etc.
  • Group Focused Thinking: When you want a group to focus on more analytical, critical, or decisive tasks.
