Trust creates a sense of psychological safety needed for a creative culture.

Trust creates a bridge where we can be vulnerable, share ideas and take risks because we believe in those around us… and they believe in us.

It can be built, but without support it breaks down easily.

Don’t expect creativity without the bridge to reach it.
