We have all been through difficulties. We get through it and heal, but it can still leave a scar. A reminder of the pain.

But it doesn’t mean you have to hide your scars. Those currently going through a challenge can find comfort in hearing how you coped in a similar situation.

Especially in a time like now, as we face many challenges together, we can benefit from being vulnerable, sharing our struggles, and sharing the hope that we will get through this.
